[Owncloud] ownCloud release Party in Berlin

Linked it on my post, forwarded it to the unhosted mailing list and some
open source buddies in Berlin. You should probably make the Berlin PHP
usergroup and JS meetup aware of it as well (did that here in Stuttgart).
