[Owncloud] What's the correct URL: for accessing an addressbook from Thunderbird/SOGO connector?

You have to add a separate remote address book in thunderbird for each
of your owncloud calendars you want to sync.

Example URL for calendar "foo":

http://localhost/owncloud/remote.php/carddav/addressbooks/chris/foo/

Works like a charm for me.
