[Owncloud] website is down

[Norman Rieß]

Raspberry Pi once requested servers from volunteers in their early days
and used them as community mirrors.
They pushed via ftp/ssh and set up rsync.
Downloads where automatically loadbalanced.

Maybe something similar could be done here.
