[Owncloud] How to add JavaScript file to the guest login page

Sorry Lukas I am a bit confused with it. Which app you mean? I want to
add my JS file to the main login page(where I give my user name and
password to log into ownCloud) of ownCloud. Can I use this approach to
add JS file to that page?
