[Owncloud] format of HTML bookmarks supported by import feature

Hi,

Which kind of HTML bookmarks are supported by the import feature of the
bookmarks app?

It seems the supported format is a HTML file with such links:
<a href="link" [tags="tag1,..."]>description</a>

But most browsers or services (Firefox, Chromium, Google Bookmarks)
export an HTML file with <!DOCTYPE NETSCAPE-Bookmark-file-1>, which does
not seem to be parsed properly by owncloud, and where tags are not
expressed in the expected way.

Is there a way to convert such bookmarks files to be compatible with the
owncloud import feature?
