[Owncloud] GSoC page on ownCloud wiki

Best to just add a link to the blog, otherwise it’s only double work.
People should use a certain News app anyway … ;)

I updated the page a bit, simplified the structure, explained what
»GSoC« and »GCI« means, and linked names where I knew of blogs/sites.
