[Owncloud] What should be affected by the quota limit

Currently the storage quota effects all files in the users home folder besides 
shared files. The problem with that is that any storage mounted in the users 
folder (dropbox, smb, etc) will also count towards the storage limit, which is 
usually not the desired behaviour.

My idea for quota in oC6 is to only count files stored in the main storage for 
the user (the storage mounted to /$user/) as part of the storage quota.

Any opinions on this topic?
