[Owncloud] owncloud sync process lags

Hi.
Is it right, when owncloud client (ubuntu 12.04, client 1.3.0, server
5.0.9) make a big paus in sync process withoun any new lines in logfile,
and without any cpu activity in system process list?
Last log line is:
oc_module: Content encodung ist <empty> with status 200
about 4 hours ago.
.csync_hournal.db and .csync_hournal.db.ctmp has a zero size.

Should i wait for continue or kill this process?
