[Owncloud] Where I should bug report for the News App?

I was testing OC 5.0.9 with News 1.202
The application link in App/description is broken:
http://apps.owncloud.com/content/show.php?content=news app does not exist.

Another problem by viewing for example: http://export.arxiv.org/rss/cs
Does not render Authors correctly, but on Firefox rss reader it is ok.
