[Owncloud] Delta Sync OC client

Dear OC Sync-client developers,

is a feature planned that will realize to sync only the delta between 
two files not the entire file? See 
https://github.com/owncloud/mirall/issues/179

Is that a dream of the future or a soon-to-be feature - any heads up on 
that?//
