[Owncloud] OC6 still can't encrypt files?

I've recently done several upgrades of OC4 to OC5 and while doing that, I 
always did a "tail -f <owncloud.log>". That helped. And when OC told me the 
site was in maintenance mode, but I wasn't getting any more errors, it was 
time to set maintenance to false in config.php.
Far from ideal, but it worked for me.
