[Owncloud] ownCloud 6 RC2

Hi,

rc2 forces a minimum php Version of 5.3.8, but this excludes any Redhat
Enterprise 6 or its clones (CentOS, Scientific Linux), as php-version on them
reports 5.3.3 but that's not completly real, as its heavily patched.

I edited lib/private/util.php to tighten the requirement, and it seems to work
well, but what was the reason for this?
