[Owncloud] where is the temp-upload-directory set?

Hi Laubie,

try to set the upload-tmp-dir in php.ini 
http://www.php.net/manual/en/ini.core.php#ini.upload-tmp-dir

As soon as this is set all tmp stuff should go there.

Which options did you try in php.ini?
