[Owncloud] OwnCloud Browsing

I was wondering if there is a way we can browse internet via ownCloud. That
is, download a webpage into ownCloud space, view it in the app(browser) and
then delete it when the page is closed.
I am starting to work on the app. But I am not an experienced developer so
might take time. If anyone else is up for it, it'll be cool.
