[Owncloud] How to download some APPs

Hi lists,

I'm trying to install some APPs from
http://apps.owncloud.com

I find some APPs have their pages but have no links to download them, like:
http://apps.owncloud.com/content/show.php/checksum?content=160005
http://apps.owncloud.com/content/show.php/RuTorrent?content=155643
http://apps.owncloud.com/content/show.php/Files+Metadata?content=151520

How to install these APPs?
