[Owncloud] Groupmanager draft :)

Hi Andy,

thank you for the app. I´ve installed it and done some basic tests. What 
i´ve noticed:

1. it doesn´t read the groups already present
2. some UI issues (see attached file)

I´ll test it for a while more and give you feedback.
