[Owncloud] ownCloud Client 1.4 Beta 1 Released

Hi,

we are happy to present the first Beta of ownCloud Client 1.4. Compared to the current stable 1.3.0 version, it provides significantly
improved feedback, plus lots of new UI improvements, features and fixes in the syncing library.

We encourage thorough testing of this version, especially when it comes to  new features.  In addition, we would like to ask you to
check the open issues in https://github.com/owncloud/mirall/issues and tag them with the "1.4" tag if they are still reproducible. 

We are also still looking for people to help out with documentation, as well as packagers who would like to help out with packaging in OBS.

We would like to thank everyone involved in testing and helping us with handling the issue tracker, doing packaging or has contributed
otherwise to make this first beta happen a bit less than a month after 1.3 was released.
