[Owncloud] Mockups as preparation for the developer meetup

This will be a chat for one owncloud instance.

I'm not really sure on how to implement a 
XMPP/IRC/anything-client in a PHP-web-app, as named 
protocols need a constant connection, thus a constant 
running program/script, which isn't really php-like for 
web-apps (at least IMO).
