[Owncloud] Owncloud App: Link to settings page

Hi Jan-Christoph,

I'm contributing to the roundcubemail app  
(https://github.com/hypery2k/owncloud), which displays roundcube  
inside of owncloud. Thus no settings page is available in there and  
user settings have to be placed on the user's settings page.
