[Owncloud] Issue cleanup, simple

The issue count in our tracker might be high (~800) but that doesn’t
reflect the quality of our software. For one, yesterday and today I
went through old ones and »fixed« about 70 just by closing issues
which haven’t been updated in 6 months.

I’ll continue with that, and you’re welcome to join in. The template
comment I use for closing an issue is at

There are also some other tips on how to handle our issue tracker,
which I’ll put on the website soon as well.
