[Owncloud] Encryption file, LDAP and Owncloud Client 1.3.0 error.

Was the desktop app previously setup connecting to a differebt server or
older version of owncloud? I found that this happened in that case.
Uninstall and install freah synck client. Make sure all files get deleted
during install.
