[Owncloud] Creating group with special chars don't work

Hi,

I was checking on a bug from Peter Perošaabout creating groups with
special characters not working. I found that the createGroup function
only allows groups with "a-z", "A-Z", "0-9" and "_. at -". Should we allow
more or is this restriction useful?
