gave it a short test under Windows Server and realized, that it's
still not possible to use OC after creating a file in the data folder
of a user locally on the filesystem of the server. When trying to use
the webinterface, php-cgi.exe starts to consume more and more memory
until the limit is reached and then you get the error message: "Fatal
error: Allowed memory size of 1073741824 bytes exhausted (tried to
allocate 2 bytes) in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\lib\connector\sabre\node.php
on line 240"

IIS7.5 on Windows Server 2008 R2
PHP 5.4.7 (Version doesn't matter)
OC 4.5b4
MySQL 5.5.27
