Hi Klaas, I did some tests finally with the "working" Centos system as the
Windows one is failing due to memory exhausted errors on server.

All in all, it did not work. Here is the main error:

Got csync statedb file:

Server is Centos x64, web interface is working. Client can see and connect
& authenticate with the server. Server is a checkout from git tonight
08/09/2012.

Then there are errors regarding sqlite:

csync.api - Statedb:
