[Owncloud] Put your private todo lists in the open

Everyone should know what the others are working on and what they have
planned. Currently many of us have private to-do lists of what they’d
like to implement, and others don’t know about it.

We should put these to-dos on Github Issues and assign ourselves. For
the core, put it on https://github.com/owncloud/core/issues and for
apps, use https://github.com/owncloud/apps/issues (you probably know
that already ;)

Georg for example seems to already have done that, which you can see
at https://github.com/owncloud/apps/issues?labels=app%3Acalendar&page=1&state=open
It’s really good to put it public to also get feedback from others, or
to have others do it if they see it and are interested in the task.
