[Owncloud] 4.5.1 updated

Please do never change an already existing tarball.
Changed checksums of tarballs are a huge PITA for distribution packagers, 
especially for source based distributions such as Gentoo.

I'd ask to you to simply do another release in such a case (which would have 
been 4.5.2 here) - I don't see a reason why this shouldn't be possible.
