[Owncloud] Closing/referencing Issues on GitHub with the commit message

Hi,

whenever you commit to git please reference the GitHub issue - if applicable of course - 
like described in this article: https://github.com/features/projects/issues

Basically for reference you simple add the issue number with a prefixed #.
For closing a ticket just add one of the following key words: close, closes, closed, fixes, fixed
