I would like to change the translation of "seconds ago" to "Vor wenigen
Sekunden"  for the files app.

Rationals: The exact same string is translated as "Vor wenigen
Sekunden" in the lib section. For a consistent translation and because
"Vor wenigen Sekunden" sounds better than "Sekunden her" I would like
to change the string in the files app.
