[Owncloud] Did owncloud check whether the same file exists in the server before uploading?

Hello Folks. As we know, cellular wireless bandwidth is very expensive.  In order to save wireless bandwidth, Android, iPhone and other mobile devices would check whether a file already exists in the owncloud server, before it upload the file.  If the same file exists in the owncloud server, the mobile device will not upload the file. I am not quite sure whether owncloud has such function or not.  Best regards,
