[Owncloud] the Updater app

Hi Pascal,

this is a known issue when already installed app is physically removed
 from OC apps directory.
In this case this very app can not be installed from apps.owncloud.comanymore.

You can download it from the apps repo and upload to your owncloud instance:
https://github.com/owncloud/apps
