Update.

We now also have daily builds of the stable 45 branch.

owncloud.org/releases/owncloud-daily-master.tar.bz2
owncloud.org/releases/owncloud-daily-stable45.tar.bz2
owncloud.org/releases/owncloud-daily-stable4.tar.bz2

The daily builds are meant for testing only. None of this are recommended for production use. 
Please use only the tested and released stable release if you don´t want to help with testing or development.
