sorry. I misread "GNU AFFERO GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE" as plain GPL. Perhaps because I thought AGLP was a apache license.
I got smarter today :-)

It is hard to find the license on the owncloud.org website. I can only find it in the contributer agreement.
