[Owncloud] CSync: branch fastsync merged back to dav

Hi,

I did the 1.1 development for csync (id syncing and "fastsync") in a 
branch called fastsync. I now merged that one back to my branch called 
dav [1] which now is my main ownCloud csync development branch again.
