[Owncloud] fscache

Hey,
Seems a good idea to be able to deactivate fs cache,
I've stopped to use oc since it's impossible to wait so long for the cache
to be build on login.
I'm using samba share on local connection as it's a lot faster than the oc
WebDAV implementation.
