We already have a bug report for this issue:
https://github.com/owncloud/core/issues/615#issuecomment-10882325

And I just merged a fix to the stable45 branch:
https://github.com/owncloud/core/pull/656

You can either apply the patch to your system or wait for the next
bugfix release which will be available soon.
