[Owncloud] Refreshing file cache

The ownCloud server is just a collection of PHP scripts and thus only
"running" when it is accessed. Thus, it is completely unaware of files
copied directly into the data folder because it is not active. You could
try to use cron to run the ownCloud script every minute or so.
