[Owncloud] UAC plugin for NSIS

Hi,
I 've some issues with the building of the setup.exe for the
owncloud-client, Someone can tell me the version of nsis and the relative
plugins that are used for the official building.
I used cross-compiling from opensuse with mingw32.
I've tried to modify the NSIS.template in several manners that I've found
on google but no one solve all problem with administrator's rights.
I can setup the client but it can't use with administrator's rights and it
can't creates or deletes folders.
