[Owncloud] Bug in Quotas?

1.- Set up a Quota limit to an user to 1 MB.
2.- Upload a file of <1MB (900KB) from the web interface.
3.- Don't reload the page, and upload the same file again, changing the
name.
4.- Don't reload the page, and upload the same file again, changing the
name.
5.- Don't reload the page, and upload the same file again, changing the
name.
6.- Don't reload the page, and upload the same file again, changing the
name.
7.- do it to the infinitus, filling up the server space.

I think that quotas doesn't work very well.
