[Owncloud] OwnCloud 4.5.2 database upgrade failed

Hi, 

I upgraded from OwnCloud 4.5.1 to 4.5.2, however, first run
tried to update the database (sqlite) but failed. Logfile says the
"database is locked". 

How can I manually rerun the database upgrade
procedure, and will it fix the database?
