[Owncloud] State of ownCloud Freemium Providers

Hi,

I am the owner of PortKnox and yes, PortKnox offers free accounts.

We were solution partner and as agreed with ownCloud Inc PortKnox will 
be listed Solution Partner again. In the meantime we will remove the 
banner.
