[Owncloud] 4.5.2 is here

thanks for your report, it's already fixed in 4.5.2.

As for the apps, it's not possible to reinstall apps that was deleted
physically without disabling them.
If you have a backup of your previous installation, just copy files of the
apps you need back to your apps directory
