[Owncloud] Please Verify: Time display on WI

Hi,

if I sync up a file time with to ownCloud (stable45) which is from the 
DST period, ie. with mtime epoch value 1348848822, than the server says 
its from Sept. 28th, 17:13

That appears to be wrong imo:
