I'm having troubles to sync with CardDAV. The client keeps on sending
the following request:

"PROPFIND /remote.php/carddav/addressbooks/%username%/default/ HTTP/1.1"

The client appends "addressbooks/%username%/default/" to the URL
given. I could not find any setting on CardDAV to remove that.
Do you know why?
