[Owncloud] Simple question about quotas+ldap

Hi,

sorry for the late answer. 

I tried to reproduce it: switched off any Quota by LDAP settings, applied 
"default" quota to every user.  After logging in and/or uploading files, this 
did not change. The file system usage in Personal ('You have used 5.5 MB of the 
available 10 GB') is always up to date.

I tried it using the stable45 branch.
