[Owncloud] open bugs

Hey,

I plan to release 4.5.2 on Tuesday and create the tar files monday evening.

It would be great if people would have a look at the open issues and help to close them.

We have now 56 open issues only on github for the core repo so they are all very current.
Some of the bugs are very critical.
