[Owncloud] Contacts: Cleaning up Duplicate Entries

It would be cool to have that in the app itself. As in, autodetect
duplicates and suggest merging them (after review by the user). Also
for when you have contacts which are not exactly the same – but say
the name is the same but you have two entries, one with phone number,
one with email.
