[Owncloud] User specific quota. Gone in OC4?

Hi all,

Where did the user specific quota in OC4 go? I can only set a certain 
limit, that limits all of the users. I want a default quota, set for all 
users, beside me.

The field that was uses to set user specific quota in OC3 isn't there 
any more.
