Hi Clément,

please don't use "manual mode" anymore (I'll remove it soon). Just enter
this path (adapt to your own setup)

https://your.host/owncloud/apps/contacts/carddav.php/addressbooks/ 


the app will find all address books on its own. See
http://dmfs.org/wiki/index.php?title=OwnCloud for additional details.
