I'm using successfully carddav-sync beta.

On android:
1. Create a new synchronization account using “CardDAV”
2. Switch to manual mode
3. Enter the full carddav url, for example
https://your.host/remote.php/carddav/addressbooks/your.username/default
4. Enter your login/password
