[Owncloud] Some issues with OC4

Ok, first thank you so much for your effort for releasing v4.

I´ve just downloaded oc4 and did an upgrade (overwrote all 3.0.2 files) 
and there seems to be some issues i´d want to report.

1. All files from the previous version are gone. If i access the files 
from tu UI i get following error:

script '/var/www/owncloud/ajax/timezone.php' not found or unable to 
stat

and i only see 3 identical files: _insync_v4.gsl. Data folder is 
accessible and readable.

2. Tasks UI is messed up. Please see attached files. Using latest 
Firefox and IE 9. Is there a way to delete tasks?
3. Contacts UI is messed up when trying to upload a new picture of a 
contact. The dropdown list is not accessible. This happens only to 
contacts that already have pictures.

The last 2 issues are only cosmetic issues, not a big thing but the 
main problem is that when updating to oc4 you gonna lose are you files. 
This souldn´t happen.
